iWeb Live

Overview

iWeb Live was designed as a complete one-day tech conference platform, not just an event landing page. The public event experience introduces the day, its speakers and sponsors, while signed-in attendees can shape their own schedule and take part in the event through one focused interface.

What I built

I built the public event experience, programme scheduling, speaker and sponsor community pages, attendee sign-in using an event password and an emailed one-time code, a personalised MyLive timetable, sponsor meeting requests, in-app notifications, and an organiser control centre for managing the event behind the scenes. The branded experience was built in Lovable around a Supabase-backed structure and authentication flow.

What I was testing

The main UX challenge was simplifying a complex event system for attendees while still giving organisers the control they needed behind the scenes. I focused on clear journeys, calm hierarchy and useful feedback so public information, authenticated planning and organiser tools felt connected rather than like separate products.
